i dont really believe in rules for art other then rule of thirds. i just do what works for me if it falls under certain teachings etc then cool if not then hopefully its interesting enough to be perceived out side of speculation and just be excepted for what it is. but as for portraits i like a lot of detail and i try not to use to wide of a lens for close ups of facial details.
what is your favorite genre to shoot? or ones your wanting to expand in?
i love shooting modeling/fashion, and bands the most. id really like to expand into agency work and fashion as well as editorial work. but i embrace all genres, i really just like any thing i can embrace and make my own.
sorry didnt know my question came off that rude, can you tell me just process from start to finish no steps just programs and plugins?
no im sorry. i get that same question about 100 times a day on multiple networking sites just gets to you some times having it asked so many times with out people realizing you know hard work put in. but here goes. i start by proofing and importing via lightroom 3, then i export with xmp file to cs4 camera raw. then open in cs4 edit in cs4 i do dodging and burning, curves, no sharpening in cs4 though. all my sharpening is done via raw before i open. then ll save a psd or jpeg if im done. some times i do alternative edits for varied looks using alien skin software for grain and such. hope this helped.
